Filip's GN Page

Filip's GN Page is dedicated to the 1987 Buick Grand National, it is no doubt one of the sexiest car in exsistence! They are a collectors dream, only 26,555 were manufactured from 1982 to 1987. I own a 1987 Buick Grand National, only 1,193 were made that year. Here is a few of the famous people that own a 1987 Buick Grand National include: Burt Reynolds, Dean Martin and Sean Penn. The 1987 was the fastest accelerating car until the 1993 Porsche Carrera.

Sean Penn's Stolen Car Found, Guns Missing!
Police found Sean Penn's stolen 1987 Buick Grand National, but two guns that were inside the car remain missing. The car was found Saturday in Richmond, about nine miles from the Berkeley street where it was stolen last week. A loaded 9 mm Glock handgun and a .38-caliber Smith and Wesson revolver that were left inside haven't been found, Richmond police Sgt. Enos Johnson said. The three-time Academy Award nominee had a concealed weapons permit for the guns, police said. No one was in the car when it was found, and no suspects have been arrested, Johnson said. The limited-edition Buick did not appear damaged. The car was stolen from a busy Berkeley street while Penn and his assistant were eating lunch.

Sorry everybody, some are the stats on my page are false(bad contacts)....what was I thinking? These are the correct stats The 1987 Buick Grand Nationals 0-60 acceleration is really 4.1 seconds and the quarter mile was 10 seconds flat and it is not the fastest accelerating car in the world. It is one of the fastest(6th)

February 1987 Motor Trend Article!
"1987 was the last year for the Regal and the Grand National, but Buick decided to go out with a bang (although the rear wheel drive G-body platform would last one more year until 1988). A whooping 26,555 Turbo Regals were sold, of which 1,193 were Grand Nationals. Buick made some changes to the powertrain and power increased to 345 bhp and 355 lb-ft. The grill was slightly revised, with the teeth set further apart and the Buick emblem sitting on the left side. Chrome wheels also were new."

Isn't this the most beautiful car ever!
In my opinion this car is the most beautiful car ever it is a 1987 Buick Grand National I own one just like it. It is the worlds fastest excellerating car it can do a quarter mile in 8.8 secs. and 0-60 in 3.3 secs. The exterior and the interior are oth very stylish.
